Super customer service. I wanted to suprise my bf for his b'day by sending him a Megaminx cube. He was only available in a small time slot, and they helped me to send it during that time slot. They even typed a small note for me too in an A4 paper to send along with. Customer service is 2000/100. Also, they don't try to mislead and make you buy more expensive ones. When I told them my requirements, he didn't push me to buy the more expensive magnetic one buy rather told me the normal is sufficient.
And the packaging arrived really quick and was very well packed too.
